John concentrates his practice in contested estates and trusts, tax planning and controversies. He represents corporate and individual trustees, beneficiaries, and claimants.
John graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1991 with a B.A. from the Program of Liberal Studies. John earned his J.D. from John Marshall Law School in 1994 and his L.L.M. in Taxation from DePaul University in 2001. John is licensed to practice law in Illinois, Florida, Michigan, and Indiana, and has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court of the Northern District of Illinois.
John is also an Illinois CPA.
He was the chair of the Chicago Bar Association Probate Rules and Forms Committee, and is a member of Chicago Bar Association Probate Practice and Trust Committee.
